What is this headline @startribune.com ?? "Protesters"? No. This was ICE showing up at a HIGH SCHOOL after they murdered a citizen. These weren't "protesters," they were students, parents and teachers trying to protect each other.

Love the Pilot Juice Up in the .3! I've only found them in person at my local Japanese-stuff store (umei in Minneapolis). Comes in lots of colors and other thicknesses, but who wants to write with a marker-- the .3 is perfect!

Coverage of No Kings in the print MN Star Tribune is terrible. Story is in Section B (State & Region). Number of protesters is "throngs" (not the actual 10s of thousands). Main picture is the start of the Minneapolis protest that shows about 50 people, and a couple dozen more in St. Cloud.

Terrible job in print edition though. Not front page; relegated to the "state and region" section. Zero mention of the 50,000+ in attendance. The picture that shows how massive the crowd was relegated to black and white on B4. @startribune this is journalistic malpractice.

Polar Bear sighting at Lake Harriet!!

A very cute and kind of fluffy small white dog or potentially a polar bear out fire a walk on a snowy path next to Lake Harriet in Minneapolis. Pictured below are the best cold-weather running mittens ever. SUPER thin, yet somehow SUPER warm. Asicsc doesn't seem to make them anymore. Mine are now, after 15ish years, falling apart and I want to replace but there is nothing like them!

Future rebrand

Hey #Strava subscribers who have been "opted in" to freaking AI and want out... here is the message I got back when I emailed to bitch about it. I'm still annoyed that they're using AI at all...it is a fitness tracking app, why is this necessary?!
