Nice #gravelride today -- could have done without the headwinds but still... There is a farm out between #boulder and Niwot that opened a lemonade / snack stand. About quarter mile down the road these folks have emus! How often do you see emus on a ride?

Lovely #gravelride on some very new to me trails. Couple of navigational shenanigans but in the end I made it home. Views of Longs Peak most of the way.

Lovely #trailrun this morning even while doing a terrible job planning a route. This hawk thought I might be in trouble and would make an easy meal.

What makes a ski day better? They are giving out jam bars at the base. By far the best power bar on the market.
