Because it is not a 'united' kingdom. Because of English exceptionalism, they think they *are* the UK and/or Britain. When a Scot (like Andy Murray) for instance wins, he's reported as being 'British'; when he loses, he's Scottish. We do not want to encourage English arrogance.

The one and only time I used WhatsApp was last summer when we had work done on a part of the house that is basically inaccessible. The workie would/could only send me photos via WhatsApp, so I relented.

I've got that exact same plant in my garden in Angus and both the bumblebees and the birds love the wee pink/red buds. I've no idea what it is, as it just started to grow where it did a couple years ago. This was from last October.
