Cat tax, btw!

My cat Bizkit, sitting beside me on my bed and looking vaguely baffled. She is a long-haired calico with a fluffy white bib and a patchwork square on top of her head, and her eyes are greenish but almost competely obscured by pupil. She isn't hunting, she just always has huge dark eyes.

The Lady Bizkit, who charms all who knows her.

My longhaired calico cat Bizkit, sitting on my bed. She has a big fluffy white bib, the top of her head is quartered black and orange like a patchwork square, she has abundant whiskers and very round eyes with very large pupils that nearly full her entire eye. She's a very kawaii cat, even at 19, when this photo was taken.

You know how the cat food packet recommends '4-5 pouches per day'? According to this girl that's just breakfast, and I'd better have it to her, in half-packet increments, by nine. As a bonus, you can also have a pic of my housemate's cat, who is just a rascal.

My cat long-haired calico cat Bizkit, fast asleep with her paw over her nose. She is squashed between my laptop tray and the wall and has her magnificent tail on full display. I think her plumage goes rather well with the blue and yellow bedlinen, featuring a blue, white and hold granny square blanket crocheted by myself last year!

Tiffany, the other calico cat in our house - this one short-haired and with much more white in her pattern, and looking like she has a masquerade mask on. Tiffy Tornado is my housemate's cat, you can see him here acting as climbing frame. A young cat gotta be high up.

Not commonly eaten much these days (thank GOD) but I have to submit the very traditional, very British, jellied eels. Served cold, if it all wasn't horrifying enough. It's enough to make pickled eggs seem appetizing.

The last of my Christmas ornaments have reached their people - the SKZ one for @skyfright.bsky.social and the rose wreath for @lauchsuppe.bsky.social . I'm very proud of both of these, and very glad to have both these people as my friends!

So @psshaw.bsky.social, she of the exceptionally fantastic mustelids, drew my Blades in the Dark character for me - trans (AFAB) Ferret owning shiv urchin Tony and his pet nonsense Monty. I think she did an amazing job.

Tony, a deceptively cherubic-looking blond rogue in a bakerboy cap, boned waistcoat and long, dark green cloak and his companion trouble animal Monty the white ferret. Monty is riding Tony's shoulder as Tony runs away, all kinds of stuff falling out of Tony's pockets - rope, shivs, jewellery, mushrooms, keys, dice and so on.

There's a few more post-Christmas ornaments! This pair was on special request for my mother. There's a couple more to come after this but I can't post them until they've reached their recipients.

Local hardware shop has this darling thing as part of their display, I thought you people should know about it.

A miniature diorama of a vintage ironmonger's shop, with two customers and an ironmonger, all of them felt mice in clothes. Inside the lit shop are shelves of stock such as nails, a bycicle wheel and lead pipe, in the window is a pegboard displaying various tools, and outside are bags of coal, a dog kennel and a stepladder on a cobbled street.

There is also a full-sized dice, but I doubt it belongs to the display.

In case anyone is interested, this is more or less the outfit Hwa dressed Mingi in.

More ornaments, whew! This is the last of the bunch that I absolutely had to have done before Christmas, so I can relax a little now. 1/2

Four more Christmas Ornaments! Including the special BTS one for my beta @gremlinwriting.bsky.social . Happy Christmas Hannah!

A purple star-shaped felt Christmas tree ornament with the bts symbol in the centre in darker purple, outlined in glittery seed beads. Each member name plus army has a differently-coloured spotted button, and the lower three dangles spell out BTS, with a tiny light stick hanging from the centre one.

This was the only star ornament I made, because they're a bitch to stuff.
