I made bulgogi style venison mince. It’s delicious. I’m tempted to learn how to make bao. It would be an amazing filling for those. Meanwhile, it was Pie Day Friday today, so I’ll be having a meal replacement shake for dinner. (The only way my digestive system will let me eat a pie a week)
