Time for a Memorial Day weekend tradition. My 11th year and my 12th read through. #JAWS
The dog is confused as to what is so magical about said box. He keeps checking it for snacks.
Place an empty box-shaped object on the floor and cats will obey the laws of cat dynamics. There are even two parakeets in this room to compete with (no fretting, she is never left alone with the birds).
It was cicada summer here this past summer, the XIV brood, and it was amazing!
Goodnight and sweet dreams from these two loaves of soft bread. #caturday
Just a jaunty Bull Terrier named Juneau. She's tired after surgery yesterday. This is all the energy she is giving today.
To all those protesting today, stay safe, stay together, stay peaceful, and don't engage! I will be selling knowledge in the form of books and maybe a few banned books to boot. Get in good trouble!
Another way I love to sort pencils, etc. is buying clear acrylic cubes and storage things and using as little or as many as i need. It looks nice, especially if you sorted by color! The one on the left is one piece on top of a flat drawer. The right are separate cubes.
It’s crazy out there, but Memorial Day Weekend traditions must endure. Annual reading, year 10, read #11. #JAWS #memorialdayweekend
Josh Freese making a Top 10 List of Possible Reasons why he got booted from Foo Fighters makes me team Josh all the way. He almost even makes me like poodles.
Well I didn't know my first, Jack Hodgins from Bones, nor have watched my fifth, Mark Watney from The Martian. Sad my seventh didn't make it the cut, Robin Buckley from Stranger Things. However it seems science and shenanigans will be afoot.
I also made a watercolor log a while ago. I cannot remember where I saw this or who recommended it. I have the paints I use, diluted, and mixed with white and black on one page, mixed together on another page, and ink water soluble tests on the other pages, both dip and pen. It's a great reference!
Everyday I wake up and do not anticipate the Hunter S. Thompson acid trip the world has become with each day stranger than the one before. #batcountry
Managed to successfully reunite this 3-wk old (ears & eyes still closed) squirrel with its mom after trying alllll day yesterday. He was found on the ground with a small wound along with a nest mate that was deceased due to a large wound. Thanks for reminding me persistence pays, baby squirrel!
As a redhead, I cry foul since neither are true redheads, though both are quite beautiful. It always makes me sad to learn they are not real redheads. I submit the beautiful Sadie Sink for a new generation. Love her.
