So wonderful he wants to stop the egregious corruption in Venezuela but not here in America. So lovely for them.

The U.S. Treasury receives the revenue from most of Venezuela’s exports, then disburses it gradually to Venezuela through the country’s private banks, a relationship akin to parents handing out allowances to children. Mr. Rubio and his team set the conditions on what that money can be spent on, and by whom.
This system has allowed Mr. Rubio to stop Venezuela’s most egregious corruption schemes. And it brings some benefits to the Venezuelan government, which uses the effective protection of the U.S. Treasury to receive revenues without being hounded by the numerous creditors seeking repayment of billions in unpaid debt.

Sixty-four percent of South Dakotans believe that global warming is occurring and another 64% believe global warming will hurt future generations, according to a survey from the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication
report. Another 53% support the United States transitioning from fossil fuels to clean energy by 2050.

The same survey found 49% of South Dakotans said they believe the governor should do more to address global warming and 47% said local officials should do more to address global warming.

Numbers like those should convince elected officials or those running for office this year to take climate change more seriously, Heisler said.

He said conversations with Sioux Falls mayoral and city council candidates have been positive.

Fang and her contact with Swalwell would not serve any national security purpose, and would likely only undermine it by helping China. A national security case file on an intelligence target will include lots of information that would be valuable to foreign adversaries – like how the FBI was able to identify one of its NOC agents, the types of investigative techniques it was using (like confidential sources or electronic surveillance), and what it has learned about China’s tactics and objectives.

This was Monday in Detroit suburbs. 67° to 19°. It was about noon till 8pm when the temperature dropped like that. While 3-4 hours north they were getting a foot+ of snow with the upper peninsula having a record blizzard. It has been wild.
