The focaccia turned out great. My starter has been fed about 10 times since I started a month ago, so not yet very mature. The focaccia is my 4th sourdough loaf and the first with a noticeable sourdough tang. Very happy with progress to date. #BreadSky
Gave up on sourdough in 2020. Read a great book recently from my municipal library, “Sourdough by Science”, which really explained a lot. Now back into it. I think 1st bulk ferment qualifies as “doubled and bubbly”, so it goes into the fridge for a cold bulk ferment overnight. Tomorrow, focaccia!
Anybody know if this is real? These days, I seldom know for sure. But, as the second photo shows, the clearance rack does not seem to be the actual DVD cover. Either way, I chuckled. One comment said Melania was doing her bit for “affordability”. Another said this was an example of price gouging. 😂
