Gods, the New 52…. As someone who got into reading comics with the New 52, I do not have many fond memories of that time for DC lol There was some good stuff… Remember when Superman and Wonder Woman dated?

(Sodam Yat was a Daxamite Green Lantern. They get the same powers under the yellow sun as a Kryptonian (Mon-El is a Daxamite))

People recommended Supergirl Vol. 5: Red Daughter of Krypton as an essential Supergirl comic to read so I decided to read it. I do really like it. But it’s a New 52 title so it’s like “remember this shit version of Superman? Remember we couldn’t keep our continuity straight?”

I really like that the Thundercats comics haven’t updated the character designs very much, except for Tygra, and I’m so here’s for it lol

Hell James Gunn didn’t even announce a Wonder Woman movie initially. He just announced Paradise Lost, a prequel series about the Amazons. He did say they’re fast tracking a Wonder Woman movie way later though. Remember when they canceled that game?

And then these are all announced and in various levels of development At least Starfire gives this some diversity 🤷‍♂️ (really only excited for that one)
