Very proud of my first time cooking flank steak. This may not be explicitly @fullmetalkitchen.bsky.social coded, but I do like 70s 80s and some 90s metal, and I did this in a kitchen. #foodie Oh and @legalminimum.bsky.social, had a Bucks, PA Cabernet Sauvignon that paired very well.

A serving plate of thinly sliced flank steak perfectly cooked with a slight pink center. I claim victory because it's my first time cooking flank steak.

A small bowl of chimichurri. Cilantro and parsley blended with onion, garlic, oil and vinegar.

My actual dinner plate. Flank steak drizzled with chimichurri, garlic asparagus, and roasted potatoes.

Feb 28, I got rear-ended. Today, they told me the car was unrepairable. Totaled.

My Honda CR-V hybrid after being rear-ended on the right side. It doesn't look like a lot of damage, but it was. Car has been totaled.

The Mazda that hit me. Front end very smushed.

I'm not sure exactly why, but these two skeets spoke to me. Let's get off the discourse and Fucking sporks. Sporks should only be used for their original purpose -- cleaning up the stuff that falls off your taco when you bite into it. Taco Bell was my intro to sporks is what I'm saying.

My Paxlovid box as of this morning. Haven't had a fever since Saturday. Still have some congestion. I can probably technically test to see if I'm still positive, but I think best practices say to wait until 10 days after first positive test.

We haven't done this in a few years.
