Found one!

The coffee maker at the now closed La Bombonera in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico - a restaurant that operated for over 100 years. This beautiful machine is all chrome and shiny with three major vessels and lots of valves and tubes in a complex arrangement that looks like it requires a week or more of training to operate.

I followed my suspicions and found a nest on the patio. I hung a sling from the patio roof and shifted the whole works about 4' straight up, out of reach and notice of the dogs. Momma bird has returned.
