Up at my place in the country, N cascade foothills. Thank god they put it out and then it rained all night Kids loved seeing the helicopter drop water. It was nerve wracking for me
Holy fuck! I got to RV, to a fire, very very very close to it. The mountain was on fire! They fire copters spent the day dropping water on it The kids loved it! Me not so much. It started raining and rained all nite. The day after they spent the entire day making sure it was out. 😳🔥 🚒🏔️🌲
Wish I could go to mountain this week, but I have other obligations. My fav part of going to RV, chilling in the hammock I love the pnw ❤️💚❤️
Im back in the city now. I got a lot of rest and also some work done. Somehow I'm tired and sore but well rested. Not sure how that works. Took a few pics Its just a camp in the forest, 60'x140', with my RV parked there, someday it will be more Its just me doing it tho The hammock is the best part
There was a plant growing up inside one of the rv storage doors outside. I pulled it out so I could close it, and there was a huge flower on it. A lupine i think.

Some gas prices around town this morning, Seattle. My station here, is $5.59. The one I go to out of town 40 miles is $5.09 Can't wait for the holiday weekend prices. 😭😳😶

I love this view on the way back to the city. I had a relaxing time, and got some things burnt, old wood and brush from last year Read in the hammock, did a little work, slept a lot. It was perfect. 🌲🌲🌲🏔️🌲🌲🌲😊

Made it up to Darrington, WA I left Seattle at 6 am. I want to live here, imagine that this is the view when you walk out from getting groceries. Time to unwind. No news for the next few days, hopefully the world will still be here then.
Im up, I'm ready, I'm going. Forest here i come. I get to stay till Sunday afternoon. Don't have to rush back first thing Sunday. Yay!
Im off to RV for the weekend. Im going to be back in time for Easter egg hunt with the grands. Just a quick hour and a half and I'll be there. Tomorrow I wake up to birdsong and no other noise. Its glorious Seattle is nice for a city, but its still a city, and I'm too near the i5 for quiet. 🏔️ 🐦 ☀️ ⭐

One time the US gov paid to have the buffalo killed, just so they natives had no food Those people are still here and in charge, still killing, still loud and proud.
Its 19 degrees up here at the RV. I stayed toasty warm with 6 blankets and my tiny electric heater on. I actually had to turn heater down to 45 overnight cause it was too hot. Gonna wait till it gets a bit warmer to head back to Seattle to deal with the back fraud. Its coooolllldddd!! 🌨️
