Back on the 1950's there was a TV show on Saturday mornings. It was called "The Webster Webfoot Show". "Uncle Jimmy Weldon" was a ventriloquist who was the voice of the duck. He was also the voice of Yakky Doodle on the Flintstones. This picture was taken in the 1980's or 90's.
