GenAI Disclosures & Restriction for Ktisis

Hi all, following yesterday's discussions, we're opening this thread to solicit feedback on officially documented rules for Ktisis contributions going forward, as well as any concerns and questions around our handling of the situation. All levels of the project were in some way complicit in the inclusion of code authored using GenAI (the Expression Sliders/FACS Editor): we sincerely apologize for this failure & for breaking the trust of our community and each other. We each understand the vast societal & creative issues presented by this technology, and it's clear that any benefits do not outweigh the stain of its usage in ANY part of the dev cycle.

To ensure this doesn't happen again (as best as we can, given the state of AI-everything in software today), we would like to codify the following rules as part of a `CONTRIBUTING.md` document in the Ktisis repository that all code submitted from ANY author must adhere to:

1. **All Ktisis contributors must adhere to the [Dalamud Code of Conduct](https://github.com/goatcorp/governance/blob/main/code-of-conduct.md)**. These rules help to codify the good behaviors we expect from project & community leaders, and establish a process for accountability when harmful actions are taken.
2. **No code involving generative AI, used at any point in its lifecycle, will be accepted. No slop, full stop.** This is as firm a stance as we can take, in accordance with the overwhelming demand from our community & our own morals.

3. **_Any_ use of AI must be disclosed in a Pull Request.** We've elected to follow the [Dalamud AI Usage Policy](https://github.com/goatcorp/governance/blob/main/ai-policy-official-repo.md), wherein the only arguable form of AI allowed for inclusion without explicit disclosure is the _Hint-level_ (auto-completes/auto-corrects). Auto-completion is a default setting in most modern code editors, and relies on a locally-ran model rather than an external service like Claude or GPT. Any further usage must be disclosed, and will be discarded in review per #2.
4. **Contributions must be made via Pull Request and be publicly reviewed & approved by a Ktisis developer.** No code should be merged without an approval. This rule applies to new users, established contributors, and developers themselves, in order to ensure transparency and a clear chain of responsibility in the case of any violations. Exceptions may be made for small-scale maintenance or emergency work.
5. **Reviewers will, to the best of their ability, evaluate any submitted code for signs of AI usage.** Suspect commits or documentation will be interrogated non-judgmentally. Understand that by submitting to this repository, your commits and past Git history may be evaluated in the course of the review process.
6. **Failure to adhere to any of the above restrictions will be met with appropriate consequences** per the Code of Conduct (see #1) and communicated to the Ktisis community for full transparency when the transgression occurs. Punishment ranges from _Warning_ to _Permanent Ban_ dependent on severity, to be decided by Ktisis Developers and Mod staff.

Our view is that these restrictions align with the sentiment of our community towards responsible authorship and provide a clear path to follow to prevent future incidents (and resolve them when they inevitably arise). Open source software is built on trust, and I hope that this effort is a positive step towards repairing that trust for those we've disappointed. Please share any questions or thoughts you have on these policies below, thank you.

Next Steps for Expression Editing

We missed the mark on how this feature was developed and released yesterday, but we also understand that there's an appetite for the concept. Encouraging reactions internally and externally were part of why we rushed ahead with the faulty prototype without stopping to seriously interrogate & disclose its origin prior to release as a beta feature.

To make it up to those who still want a robust & friendly interface for editing complex facial expressions, while respecting the apprehension from those who raised alarm about the earlier attempt, we're taking the following steps:

1. **The AI-involved code has been completely removed from Ktisis, and will not be part of any future implementation.** Even just as a guiding prototype, we recognize the harms here and will not base any future work on the tainted commits.
2. **Cazzar has volunteered to step away from any dev on a FACS or Expression Editing feature** due to association with the AI-driven work.
3. **The above `CONTRIBUTING` rules** must be agreed to by staff, and codified officially before any new attempt at this feature is implemented or reviewed.
4. **All other developers must review and approve** a final product, if created, with all code used being publicly available on a Git branch and a pre-merge period for community consultation & review before any merge.

In conjunction with the rules on contributions, these steps should allow us to sanely re-create an exciting and useful feature for a future release to Ktisis v0.4.
