Well, I guess this is the last time I publish in a #DH conference special issue in DSH. This is a stupid exclusion.

Eligibility criteria for Austrian open access agreement with OUP. The offending passage reads: "If you are publishing your article in a Supplement, then you are not eligible to use Read and Publish funds to cover the open access charge."

While I was in town for #dhd2024 , I got to achieve my real objective - visiting this grave of an Armenian bishop who migrated to Passau in the 11th century and died there in 1093. How did he come to be there? We still wonder!
