In honor of Shelley Duvall, who passed today at 75, I'm rewatching one of my favorite films featuring her in the standout role of Martha, aka LA Joan, as part of the ensemble cast. Thanks for the hours of entertainment Ms. Duvall, in all your many roles. Rest in peace.

I love the Olympic Games. For all its faults, to me it just represents the better angels of our humanity. But these upcoming games under this regime are, I fear, going to be an epic disaster. They're being held in blue California, which he hates, and he has zero incentive to see they succeed.

This is the major source for the recent NY Times hit piece on Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner. A long time GOP operative and Susan Collins advisor. Seems like a legit source, right? Meanwhile, the Times was apparently unable to corroborate many of her statements, but published them anyway.
