Great read. It’s pretty shocking how quickly the (US) media has credulously bought into the idea that oil companies didn’t want this after the President literally said out loud that he was consulting with them before the invasion.
Sounds expensive. Who should pay for it? Everyday Californians or the fossil fuel companies that got rich selling the products that turned the state into a tinderbox?
