Honestly, I couldn’t tell cuz I was behind home plate, but sun is pretty intense out here. Heck, it was mid to low 90s at first pitch. Great crowd, both sides were well mannered (Mass standards), but Sox fans were there in force and attitude.

For those that rent, the past 5 years have not been easy. Fortunately, rent price increases have come down recently. But when rent goes up faster than median wages, which it has the past 5 years, it forces people to be more frugal on other items. And nobody likes that, except landlords.

Prices of goods are going to rise a lot soon. If there is something you need to buy that is produced outside the US and can be easily stored, then you should buy it. Shoes, clothes, auto parts, and China products. This assumes that firms haven’t started raising prices already or aren’t sold out.
