Guess all this gym stuff has been working out for me. Want to send this to my teenage self and say, "you ain't gonna be scrawny forever."

49th birthday was yesterday. Was a great day. Woke up to a good workout and then had Batman ice cream cake and watched horror movies after work. Life is good.

Woke up and got a bagel sandwich at a new local shop and decided to get some coffee too. This Friday already feels great.
