We have a community garden. Want to use it? Great. Come and join us on Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings. It’s a friendly and informal crowd. All are welcome. Zero cost. And it’s as much a social thing as a horticultural thing.

Yesterday, there was a call for peace from the president of the International Confederation of Midwives Convention in Lisbon. @internationalmidwives.org Chief Executive, Anna af Ugglas said that 61% of maternal deaths occur in humanitarian and areas affected by conflict. #IDM2025

Early results from our user surveys show that event attendees are learning skills and acting on that new knowledge.

Want free seeds? Good news: we have free seeds.

Readable seed types across the display include: mixed lettuce (butter, red, tango varieties); mesclun mix (2024 and 2025 batches); white four o’clock (tall flowering plant; full sun); Venetian morning glory (blue, purple, pink; trellis, full sun); giant marigold (tall; full sun); marigold (orange); soapwort (for bedding or rock gardens; full sun); Canterbury bells (cup-and-saucer mix; biennial; full sun); coleus (rainbow mix; shade/partial shade); chili (green hatch, medium heat; full sun); cilantro; Sugar Baby watermelon; buckwheat; and hickory (tree seeds).
