Initial thoughts on Daggerheart Hope & Fear: Lots of new EVERYTHING, and it all looks interesting! This definitely fluffs out the Core book. Dark Heart of Andaluria is awesome! Final form of the new classes look good. How the hell does Summon Horror work? Does it require a roll to hit?

I love the new critical summary chart for Battletech that has been shown from the new Core rules. This one thing will save me a lot of time at the table. Has anyone seen the full chart posted anywhere? Also, did I see that the new stuff won't be out until October now? So far away ... #Battletech
I was going to wait to purchase Hot Spots Draconis Reach until the new Core Rules were available, but after listening to the Mechbay podcast I decided to grab the pdf from Catalyst. So far it looks like Hinterlands but better in every way. #Battletech #AlphaStrike
Instead of having new James Bond novels either attempt to mimic Ian Fleming's writing, or to create their own revamped Bond-verse, I'd love to see novels set in the style and timeline of the various Bond actors. (Like the Batman '89 novels)
I really like the look and lore of 40k (and Age of Sigmar), but when I got into the game it was so expensive and time consuming just to make a small army. I like Battletech lore just as much, and I can build armies however I want. (I do still have some cool looking vampires thanks to AoS though)
No Star Wars. No Star Trek. Name a favorite Sci-Fi franchise. No Star Trek!!! I don't consider Star Wars very sci-fi. It has to be Battletech, Alien, or Blade Runner then.
Now my mechs can play "the floor is lava!" The corners took some slight battle damage from shipping, but my Volcanic Map Pack has arrived from Fortress Miniatures & Games. I'll probably wait until I have the new Core Rules before using lava. #Battletech
Finally received the Hot Toys James Bond in tuxedo from No Time To Die. Glad I grabbed one. I haven't really ever had a good James Bond figure. #JamesBond #ActionFigures
Did Chaos Reign up the MechWarrior 5 difficulty? I'm working my way up to 3055 to start the new story content, and my veteran company is getting chewed up by missions on the Clan frontier! Fun to be back in MechWarrior 5 with my company though. #Battletech

Wish the pdf for Hope & Fear Daggerheart expansion was coming out before the late August book, but excited either way (and pre-ordered long ago) Looking forward to seeing how the classes landed after all the play testing. The new cover art has me expecting flying little cats and Cthulhu.
I'll be playing James Bond First Light on Xbox, so a PS5 controller isn't on my buy list, but... Besides the 007 logo in the middle, what about the controller says James Bond? Why isn't it gunmetal? Or gray like the Aston Martin? Or even white and black? Why isn't the gun barrel the middle design?
Are you using Federation Commander boards? They look the same. Side note: I need to play more Federation Commander this year.

Quick thoughts on Force Manual: Mercenaries for Battletech and Alpha Strike: If you have the other two Force Manuals, you'll know what you're getting with this. It's unfortunate that these only cover up to late Clan Invasion, but hopefully we get some updates at some point. (1/3)
