Did some in-depth testing. Wave on her Gear hits a top speed of 197 with Ring Engine and a maxed Evolution... Which is unfortunately slower than the top speed of 200 she gets with Ring Engine and the 100+ ring speed boost. Moral of the story: Stay at 100 rings, kids. #sonicracingcrossworlds
