Every now and then I remember when (years back) a colleague called me out for pouting because of how big my lips looked in a selfie, and I was confused about whether I should remind him I’m just Black and my mouth wasn’t fully shut. To this day I’m confused (this is now - you can see I’m knackered)

BAM I got a PB and sobbed tears of joy and relief and overwhelm and… losing peak week of this training block to a heat wave was infuriating, and the week after being a stressful mess because my husband randomly had A MINI STROKE???! I took this race easy because of the heat too

Without downloading new pics what is it like to date (and/or be married to) you?
The volume doesn’t include my negative pull ups (5, very controlled - I’m getting stronger) and quick deadhang but I’m feeling good about it despite having not done it for weeks
Fun fact: I’m pretty scared of skating outside - I’ve done it 3 or 4 times and I’m always in FULL safety gear. These pictures are really deceptive. Gonna start classes in June though, get my confidence up. My classes last year fell through (weather) so hoping we do better with this new place
