Another Saturday Half or more. It was a bit of a slog today, humid with some rain. Also still nursing my injury (80% but uhg so slow, probably age 😥). Still I got it done #halfmarathon #jerseyshore
Not fully back but I did complete a half or more today. It was a highly managed pace run 😥 not my normal free runs. Oh well, I was able to run 🥰 Also Happy Pride All 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

I turned the camera to see the beach just opposite D'jais. With the wind you barely can hear what is going on
Then we have D'jais, which if it was in Seaside, you would have seen it in the show Jersey Shore. All those bars in that show are gone, but D'jais in Belmar keeps on doing its thing
Spring Lake 5. I always feel disbelief that this town allows all these people in their town. But they will have it cleaned up and everyone gently nudged out within hours of the end of the race #springlake #5mile
Memorial day weekend at the Jersey Shore, so of course the weather will suck! To avoid wind, rain and cold I ran my half or more today! Just windy and cool. Enjoy the setup videos for the SL 5 and D'jais kicking off summer.
