How do you celebrate “abstaining” from something in a grocery store???? Also, when you go to the Independent Grocer website “Easter” is at the top of the page. Grocery stores have Easter displays/basket stuff and signs in each relevant department for ‘Easter Dinner’ This is just propaganda/lies

I paid about $4 for 14 of them at Zehrs. Worth it! Ribs were on sale too, I got a full rack for $7. Slow cooked them for 3.5 hours then crisped up the sauce at the end. Had to divide the ribs into 4 portions cause it was too much. (Monday’s meal)

Shortbread-ish Cookie base layer in an 8x8 pan, un-baked, with parchment paper sticking up over the edges

Cooked shortbread-like base layer of the buttertart with slightly golden edges. I made hickory smoked bacon and crumbled it up to spread more evenly across the tart squares

Un-baked buttertart layer added. It is frothy, a tan colour, and already looks delicious. I added more crumbled bacon which will sink into the buttertart squares as it bakes.
