update! this morning i put his food at the back of the cage, said hi to him and left him to eat. here he is, walking all the way into the cage and eating the whole can of wet food! few mins after, he walks right out and gives himself a bath while i waited around the corner like wile e coyote lmfao

fish selection??
* when you cast or use ambitious/modest lure, recalculate fish selection with the distribution of possible fish whose windows are still yet to come in the cast
* at the beginning of the cast this is all fish that can be caught given the weather/time/bait requirements
* because you can use ambitious/modest lure at any point, i'd imagine that would increase the chance of all fish whose catch windows haven't yet closed
* bite times within a window follow seem to adhere to a skewed normal distribution. is the size of that distribution calculated by the weight? the volume under the curve for the time that's yet to come? at the beginning of a cast all weights would be at their full potential, but if you use modest—

/ambitious lure while reeling in, does it adjust the probabilities of each fish proportional to how much of their catch window is left with a new random number? does that mean that bite times are on average longer when using modest/ambitious lure than not?

WE'VE GOT REGEX SPELL CASTING LETS GOOO!!! got a whole queuing system that differentiates between spells with different cast types so that you can chain cast spells with similar types ("Spell" and "Spew" are different so when it matches "Spell spell spew SPELL", it'll only chain "Spell" -> "spell")
