Year 15: day 339: in the mornings, particularly at weekends, Trudy likes to put her paws up on my side of the bed and get fusses and kisses from me. I like it too
Year 15: day 336: Loving this new Edmonton Mural Fest piece by Andrea Schmidt
Year 15: day 334: lately, for whatever reason, I am all about the symbolism. So today, when I went to see my health psychologist, I wore my zebra tshirt and carried my super happy cup. 1/3
Year 14: day 328: I was delighted to learn that this plant is called starburst bush or firework flower depending on who you ask
Year 14: day 327: a squirrel I saw (and who saw me) on my way to my medical appointment (taken with iPhone)
Year 14: day 326: This vegan grapefruit & cardamon tart, as modelled by Sally Seal, is Jeff’s (King Of Tarts) most delicious creation yet. Absolutely yummy.
Year 14: day 325: my first time seeing one of these cuties. It is a Scarlet Malachite Beetle and they apparently good for your garden. Photographed in a friend’s backyard
Year 14: day 324: According to the internets, these fleabane daisies bloom in spring, so apparently spring has now sprung in Edmonton
A big day in Clare land…. Well actually the first big day was about 3 weeks ago when I decided to register with the Sunflower Hidden Disability card to make travelling this summer easier but today I am also having all the feels with its arrival. (1/3)
Year 14: day 321: in my opinion, all octopodes are called Steve, so meet my new Steve
Year 14: day 319: Trudy dog enjoying a walkie with her Auntie Cynthia
Year 14: day 318: so walking Trudy with friend Cynthia (thank you very, very much for your help), I threw Trudy’s poop in the bin, then grabbed my phone from my pocket to take a snap saying to Cynthia “what? You would be taking a picture too if you could see what I am seeing” 😂
Year 14: day 317: Thank you very much Jan for taking me and Trudy for a walk. Trudy just so she could have her walk, and me so I could get my pic of the day. We both really appreciate it
I can only assume that this apple was in our Odd Box as grocery stores rejected it for being too big 😂
Year 14: day 316: I *may* have very briefly trespassed to take this picture. It was just on the grounds of a walk up condo so I don’t feel guilty 😂
Year 14: day 315: Some aspects of today have been epically rubbish. The bits that haven’t is love, support and fun from my friends, Cynthia and Chandra, and my husband, Bill. Those people don’t only put up with your silliness, but champion it, knowing that silliness, creativity and artistry 1/2
Year 14: day 312: Out for afternoon tea at Lady Bea’s. Well, technically I had coffee cos I don’t like tea but had all the (vegan) finger foods and cakes
