Middle aged broad with a messy desk.
I also can’t get over them literally advertising that the guy working there hits on customers. Yikes.
I feel like Eric might have somehow missed the point of those old Charles Atlas ads.
Look, Adobe, if this obvious AI slop is your idea of a “strong design” then you must have laid off everyone who’s actually taken a design class. Or seen a wrestling poster. Or seen wrestling.
Experimenting with my granulating gansai paints. This was done with Kuretake Gansai Tambi Aurora Violet, which breaks up into lovely blues and pinks, traced off a 3D model snapshot with soluble graphite. #sciart
He blames the junk food he ate in his youth, of course. Definitely not the blood plasma transfusions from his son. Transfusions that I'm speculating maybe weren't properly pre-treated with radiation to kill any troublemaking white blood cells, because radiation sounds scary?
Probably getting way too personal here, but terrible artistic decisions are what today is all about #makeaterriblecomicday #makeaterriblecomicday2026
It’s weird to see this from Canada, because “no name brand” has been a grocery store staple for decades here, their products look just like these mock-ups except yellow, and… they’ve actually made it kind of funny?
“Pancake à la cassonade” what in the absolute Franglish is this translation? There is an actual French word for pancake… and it’s not “pancake” ?? #BTS
So, yeah. That’s Oakridge! It will probably be more interesting when there are more open stores and more breathing room, not that I can afford to actually shop anywhere that upscale, LOL.
The Time Out Market upstairs was fully operational, and was jammed to capacity within a couple minutes of this photo. It’s basically a fancy food court with booze. There must have been an elevator somewhere for those strollers and wheelchairs, but I didn’t spot it.
There were signs that the mall crew was still cleaning up from the Real Opening Party, either early this morning or the night before.
Once inside, a lot of the luxury retailers are not yet operational. I felt like I was wandering through during early morning senior mall-walker hours.
So I went to the Oakridge mall opening this morning. The entryway had everyone packed in like cordwood. I heard… some altercations involving personal space.
Not to mention, the “C+C Music Factory” performing is clearly just Freedom Williams. From Wikipedia:
When the ad for AI is illustrated by AI and shows exactly how bad AI is
Did you know owl feathers glow? New feathers contain porphyrins that fluoresce under UV light. The porphyrins break down over time with exposure to sunlight, so they can be used to estimate the age of an owl feather... or even the whole owl. #owlposting #sciart
So here's some very serious diagrams to help identify the critical phases in Northern Spotted Owl development. #owlposting #sciart
It’s bad enough that Reddit now includes AI slop at the bottom of every post, but right now just about every post on r/Vancouver (about Vancouver, BC) is recommending a cute little stationery store… that’s actually in Vancouver, WA. That’s in a different country and 480km away!
I’m equally amused and horrified that they’re advertising using AI to make yourself look like more of an asshole on dating apps.
“Inspiring.” Sounds good. I’ll take it. (I’m glad I didn’t get “melancholy,” “galvanic” or “potato.”)
Gosh, I remember back in the day when everyone was talking about the skyrocketing teen suicide rate (also how all the queer people were going to die of AIDS & burn in hell) and then it seemed to improve for a bit and now we once again have rising homophobia & rising teen suicide rates. Hmm. HMM.
Oh, this is a good one, because the caption-bot is missing crucial context.
