Imagining Cham in the pokemon world 💭🫖🍵 I envision them as a café owner who has their team of Pokémon helping to craft menu items, brew teas, and provide a cozy atmosphere for trainers to rest at on their journey. What would your sona's team look like?

Cham as a pokemon trainer. Their team consists of Applin, Sinischa, shiny Stuffl, Reuniclus, Skipbloom, and Keldeo. They are a café owner and have a casual outfit with a green bandana, white and blue turtleneck tank top and poofy red shorts. They also have a green bag with an apple closure to match their main pokemon, Applin.

The final day in fourleafisland's brush week challenge. The theme is lovely and Cham is a cupid inspired mail man. The hair and tail are inspired by wings and everything is pink and red with little hearts sprinkled throughout.

I've been slowly working my way through Dr. Price's work and just started reading Unlearning Shame yesterday. The book is talking about this exactly! How we turn systemic shame into personal and interpersonal conflicts to mitigate those feelings. I would highly recommend all his work!
