Over 1,000 people in Chelsea & Fulham called for it, govt listened - and are bringing in a social media ban for under-16s, starting early next year. And we're putting new money into sport, arts & social clubs so young people can replace screen time with real world connections.

The Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea is receiving £1.4m from NIHR for cancer immunotherapy research - attacking cancer cells with greater precision and fewer side effects. This could make a real difference to people facing the hardest fight of their lives. We're lucky to have them on our doorstep.

Impressed by my visit to Kensington & Chelsea Foodbank. They help beyond food - with debt, housing & mental health challenges, too. One resident I spoke to asked about becoming a volunteer herself - a great endorsement for what they do.

I welcome the European Partnership Bill in the King's Speech – boosting our economic security by making it easier to trade with our closest neighbours and trading partners. Good news for small firms in Chelsea and Fulham hit hard by new costs and red tape.

Big news for renters in Chelsea & Fulham. New Renters' Rights Act means no more no-fault evictions, rent rises capped to once a year, bidding wars banned, rolling contracts, the right to request a pet, & upfront costs limited. Less stress, more control – a real feeling of home.

The govt's new "right to try" work without losing benefits is welcome. But cutting UC health payments for Disabled under-22s could push them further from work into poverty. When I raised this in Parl, Minister said could be "exceptions". Final decision in Sept. I'll keep on this.

Lovely day to post my vote for H&F Labour Council – who saved Charing X Hospital & our estates from Conservative demolition, and brought in free primary school breakfasts & free home care. We can't risk the Conservatives returning in coalition with Reform. I dread to think of the damage they'd do.
