Maybelline did a new Microscopic Concealer focused on problematic areas and fighting acne. I feel seen as someone who grew up using a Clinique version of this because I was just swamped by acne and everything possible. Got to swatch this and I feel like the medical part is better than the coverage😅

Catrice has been teasing a new ink lip liner with the same ball end as the NYX lingerie one. I wasn't impressed with the NYX ones so my opinion is the same for the Catrice one. Weird applicator for no good reason. I'd rather have more interesting stuff released, but then at least no fun shades lost

Swatched the latest Catrice Summer Edit Peptide gloss This collection kinda went by me online and I was confused on what release I was even seeing in store lmao. I mean, they're proper clear when swatching but obviously having SPF in a lip product is nice. I feel like there's nicer options out there

I've been using the Makeup Revolution translucent baking powder for a few years now and they've been soft launching the new packaging. I thought oh, ok, looks cute and the other day saw that they shrank it by 2g. So instead of 32g it's now 30g in the new one. Why is everything shrinking??! 🫠

I've seen people discussing Zendaya's Odyssey makeup look and I honestly am of the opinion that she always looks stunning, but I didn't feel the recreating obsession like everyone else did with the heavy blush. It's the usual clean girl look I did like the very bright inner highlight look though!

Catrice also has the new blushes in the trends of K-beauty with cushion application. They're cute but I'm not the audience for this, I think. I'm not as a fan of cushion application and the shades are too demure for me. They look nice and I'd still recommend them tho

Catrice released more blurring tints which I did swatch albeit we only have two shades in stores. They're pretty cute and quite easy to blend. Colours could be more interesting/daring rather than the usual cute brown/nude but I'm quite drawn to it regardless.

There was a whole discussion about the latest packaging for the Armani blush. It obviously takes the homework done from the Rhode trends and Polite Society also had one like that. I'm not a fan of the packaging but supposedly the blush is nice. Just interesting to see luxury go for actual trends

On a beach holiday but still got some stuff swatched (wonder how does the Catrice distribution works on cities, jfc) Swatched the Peptide Drip. It's really pretty and it's more opaque than the online swatches give it to be. I feel like peptide stuff is overrated but we get cute colours tho!c

Guerlain released one summer bronzer shade which just pulls pure orange on me. I never got the hype about their bronzers and this one just left me confused. I guess I'm just not the right shade for this to look flattering on. Also, why not release other shades???

Maybelline released new pencil eyeliners. I didn't have the chance to swatch them, but I normally like the Maybelline eye stuff, in general it's been hard to find something actually bad from Maybelline these days. I do like how you have a small brush at the end coz sometimes I feel lazy to use one

I got the latest Essence blush and it has a weird gimmick. The weird part is the "Ciao!" written in gold which is instantly wiped off once you use the blush once. It gave a nice gold glow but it was weird that it's for one application only. The blush apart from that is a pretty nice pale cool blush

I think that the Dior Lip Maximiser is a proper example of buying for the sake of it being Dior, but in a good way. It's decent but the price tag carries the experience. The latest shades were bad though, they're way too sheer and with every blue I swatch I expect actual cute blue & not transparent

Rimmel ended up releasing peel-off brow tints which looks lit! I used to use Maybelline ones around 9 years ago or so, because it would mean that I'd have more time and saved the corners on brow stuff. It does feel a bit nerve wrecking to apply it, but I'm happy that good ideas are coming back

I feel like they just repackaged the regular Magic Shine Eraser into a prettier packaging coz the OG is kinda... basic to be truthful and this one comes with its silicone spongey. Didn't get any swatches of it as no testers were available to compare.

Danessa Myricks never fails to catch my attention with innovation, frankly. The colours are cute and seems like a cool eye product. I just haven't had time to go to the store which sells Danessa here. Also feels like these would be less messy than squeeze tube. Or maybe I'm biased

I swatched these multipurpose ones from Catrice and it was very underwhelming. I understand that this is a comfort collection like Kiko had a few months ago, but it just rings too boring. They're the only ones with testers and the shades are bland.

Max Factor released some new blushes, unlike the MAC ones these actually are pigmented and swatch nicely. They're not the best blushes ever but they're pretty cute. The texture is also nice. I haven't really craved Max Factor for a while though so usually I just walk by

ELF released a correcting & brightening powder. I really hate the regular ELF setting powder. It was the first powder I ever tried and it was a gift (coz you can't get anything Elf where I live) and I hated how it just didn't do anything, so I'm a massive skip on this one

Catrice also released a mascara remover which makes more sense than the lip tint remover for me. Mascara is actually tough to remove and I always have to make sure that the removers will remove it. Still feels a bit of a niche product

Ok, so I'm not that big on higher end brands but man... this Guerlain new matte lipstick is VERYYYY PRETTY Swatched blindly some of the pinks and they're vibrant and really pretty. I'm drowning in lipsticks as is, but this could be a good addition.

Wakemake did a super cute gyaru collab with Hello Kitty! Shame that I don't think I've ever seen wakemake in stores around me and this is a collection I would've easily grabbed because any Hello Kitty trap works for me xD

Got to swatch these MAC blushes yesterday and was very disappointed?? I thought they'd be more pigmented and instead swatching them they barely showed up on my skin and were rather stiff? I'm not a fan of such difficult to build up formulas so pure pass from me.

We finally got testers of the NYX Inky Stix! Shame that we don't have the matte white one, we got 6 shades. I do have to say that the formula feels heavier than usual eyeshadow pencils. The colours are nice but I don't think these are everyday colours I'd do, not entirely sold on them.

Estée Lauder is somehow always in my collection but as one thing or two. Now I use their eyebrow pencil daily, so I was curious in their new lip product as they usually look pretty. Now, the swatches are patchy but because the colours are vivid and pretty I nearly missed that. So sad pass.

Flower Knows is coming for my unicorn fantasy! Looks very cute and I have used Flower Knows so I assume should be good. I like the colourful one the most tbh and they rarely go for vivid shades so kinda excited but I already have a bunch of palettes at hand lmao

After nearly burning my lips during an air show, I understood the idea of spf lipsticks. I do wish Makeup Revolution would've chosen some colours instead of barely anything blue. There's better and more interesting options out there with SPF.

There's been a lot of talk about Rhode and I know I'm the wrong audience because my face gets "dewy" if I don't use matte or take care of it. The highlighting milk looks interesting but also heard a lot of allergic reactions to it somehow

Decided to treat myself to the Huda gloss in the Lightcealer shade (I hate the name but it conveys the colour perfectly xD) Been wearing it for a few days in a row now and I'm quite drained so I'm literally yassified on the couch in this💅
