Went to the dentist. It was still going to the dentist, but it had some soothing lighting. Plus they gave me a water bottle and chapstick, so it was at least a couple clicks on the dial toward spa. (And yes, I did go straight to the bar after).
I don’t often find a good deal in this neighborhood but this focaccia with garlic confit was $3 at happy hour (Isola La Jolla)
I am a little bit lonely but I am also under a Santa themed electric blanket drinking gin by a fire.
