Régis Le Bris on the biggest challenge of his first season in the Premier League:

“So it was challenging. Tactically, it was challenging and I liked and I like it because on the one side the players are really demanding and challenging and at the time the answers have to be always flexible. So they would like to have a clear answer. So if we have a problem out or in possession, this is the main pattern to solve the problem but the reality is always different. So we had this conversation with the coaching staff this morning. The more we are clear and precise, it helps the player because ah we have a solution. But at the same time, the reality is so unpredictable. So you can be supported by the pattern but you need flexibility as well. This part was really challenging this season. And I think I improved myself through this area.”
