Master Bing is next with mini fried buns and a Peking Duck roll! I don't eat pork, but I decided to go for it as a treat. Both of these items were so good and worth the line I was in. The duck was tender and in a summer style roll, nice and cool for the weather that is warming up today.

First stop today was for frybread and maple latte at Off The Rez Cafe in the U District of Seattle. Despite being fried, the frybread was pretty light and fluffy. Really good!
