The swamp is full of voles, our orange chud cat will camp at the edge of the tall grass and periodically stick his paw in and pull out a vole it’s ridiculous

FYI: this is a fake viral marketing bit by this "Saturday Salon" group. Flock's Chief Strategy Officer says they never sent it; the branding is off and the purported author's title is wrong, among many other things.
"It's a beautiful day, the FBI is conducting a thorough investigation and people are having a wonderful time."
This tally is an undercount because not every one of these stops generates a court case or a media story. We're aware of one town that tried to comprehensively tally their Flock errors, and they found that errors accounted 1/3rd or more of their stops.
These stops are incredibly high-risk affairs and it's a small miracle that nobody, that we know of, has been killed due to a Flock error. Yet.
