I have lots to say on the subject, but the most important problem here is how they are calculating needs. It is not Xg of protein per Kg of body weight. It is Xg of protein per Kg of IDEAL body weight. Calculating protein needs based on weight above idea ranges (overweight,etc) is bad guidance.

The doors opened at noon. People lined up at 9am in the parking lot heat to be called Front Row Joe. He was scheduled to appear at 3pm. He goes on after 4pm, after the markets closed, overflow people in the parking lot dropping (per FOX35). Senior Friday Night Early Bird Dinner window closed.

Oh FFS, the sculpture is of a VULVA, not a vagina. And it doesn't go unnoticed that NBC News notably cropped out the clitoris in every single photo of the schmuck that got stuck.

Friday the 13th was my favorite C64 game.

An animated clip of C64 version of Friday the 13th. In the clip 8 bit Jason, in black, is chasing a blond camp counselor with a machete. They are running in circles around a cross in a purple room. Jason's 8 bit machete is just a series of white pixels that flashes out at his victim. There is no 8 bit blood.

In 2020 when I was doing census outreach, there was a hard look in my community as to how to self identify, Black or A-A, given that many did not identify as A-A because they were Caribbean immigrants. Might be helpful to look at the spirit of the census guidance on race and self ID on applications.

So a city run grocery should leverage our terminal markets models. Massive refrigerated warehouse space, in house butchering, fish mongering, bakery. Flour, sugar, beans, grains, coffee broken down from bulk. We can do this and make it great!

Tracking of the vessel on Marine Traffic is currently unable to update. Last update was almost 18 hrs ago. It appears the specialized location hardware proprietary to Madleen is still functional.

C. 1970-90s Growing up, there was a young man on the spectrum named Vinny who would stand on the corner of 86th and Bay Parkway w/ his guitar & sing everyday from 9-5, like it was his job. What an absolute hero his mother was to keep him at home, love him and encourage him to express his passion.
