Doing some research for games in the 1600s-1800s, apparently Flint Strikers were a common detonator tool for starting fires or igniting fuses for bombs, they could be remotely activated via pull cord or trip wire.
Watched "Exiled" the other day, solid Hong Kong action film, starts with a gunfight between friends and then they help fix up the dudes apartment they shot up. Lots of brutal close quarters gunfights with a red haze of gore. It's close to being on par with some old John Woo films in bodycount

If I go outside every day and shoot at my neighbor and he shoots back, then we each get our friends to shoot at each other too, you might call that a Gang War and not a Ceasefire.

I'm not a City Planner, but this seems like the ideal street/travel layout for most urban areas. Solar Powered Hot Tubs, Lazy Rivers and a mix of walking/bike and public transit.
Started playing ZERO PARADES (from the makers of Disco Elysium), already it captures that sort of dreamlike cyberpunk weirdness the first game did...
Idea: Replace the current U.S. Government, Congress and Supreme Court with Bartstow the Hopping Toad and his Jump to Conclusions mat, each hop decides on a bill or case: Yes, No or Resubmit. Every few years, we replace the toad to meet term limits.
Picked up Strangelight Workshop and Specternomicon for my D&D 5e Iron Kingdoms game lately, adding in a bunch of detail for the city of Ceryl, some new classes, backgrounds, ghost hunting gear, some new Infernals and Archons in the monster book. Overall a lot of useful stuff.

Did a playtest of a game we are working on called "Primal Age" last night. I played a sinister sorcerer type loosely based on Jafar from Aladdin...It roughly ended in reversing a ritual to "abort" a spider god from being born.
Here is a free rpg map, a woodland Motel, maybe usable for Delta Green or another modern era horror game...
