MIND JOURNAL I recently heard someone say: "The amount of good things in your life depends on your ability to notice them." I can't see it any other way now.
No amount of money can brighten a dark soul. Many studies show that once we have enough to live a comfortable life, adding more on top of that does very little to increase our happiness. Indeed, the pursuit of endless greed will create a black hole in our soul that no amount of money can ever fill.
It's tough to preach love when so many are unlovable. It's tough to preach peace when so many crave conflict. Still, we must try. Don't be a Gary.
