Golden hour flower! Took my pup for a walk after the rain, and the sun came out just long enough to provide a stunning sunset and the perfect light for this pic. I believe it's a Columbine.
I caught lightning! Thunderstorms are my favorite part of spring. Even moreso than everthing turing green or flowers blooming. This was my first time trying to film a storm, and I'm pretty darn happy with what I got!
It's going to be a couple weeks before my OF page is up and running again, but I'm home and ready for some fun! I can't wait to get back to it!
Why I need a REAL camera (instead of using my cellphone) - I want to stalk my cat while he's out and about without the photos making it obvious that I'm stalking him.
I started doing nature photography last spring, and I thought there wouldn't be anything to photograph in the fall and winter months. But I've found myself stopping on my walks more often this fall than I ever did in the spring. Turns out, the world is ALWAYS interesting!
October 14th vs. October 28. It's officially end time for the flowers in the area and... it's kinda beautiful.
