This is a pretty famous x-ray of someone who had their feet up on the dash during a collision. This is a SEVERE injury that requires a lot of physical therapy after you heal from extensive surgery. Please just pull over and take a stretch break if you need to!

Once upon a time, SAMHSA issued a “dear colleague” letter. In it, they took shots at overdose prevention hotlines. These shots were not based in fact, evidence, or even a facsimile of reality, but were instead political. Anyway, I made a shirt about that letter, and as of today, it’s raised $1100.
