Second chances matter. ❤️ This past Saturday, we joined the Los Angeles Superior Court at Compton College for a Mobile Expungement Clinic to provide assistance to community members seeking to clear eligible criminal records and remove barriers to employment, housing, and other opportunities.

Today, the California Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a landmark case—Family Violence Appellate Project, et al. vs. Superior Courts of California, et al. (Case No. S288176)—that addressed the statewide court reporter shortage and its impact on equal access to justice for low-income litigants.🧵
