Just finished @hco96.bsky.social book and wow. Best book I’ve read all year and I read a lot of books! I was not aware of this story and I’m glad I know of it now. Frightening to see similarities with what’s happening in our country now. The courage and determination of the abuelas was inspiring!
A perfect album in my opinion and have also passed it on to my teenage boys now and they love it too (and they listen to mostly rap and hip hop).
Just finished @brosandprose.bsky.social book and really enjoyed it. Graduated from college many decades ago but this took me right back! A very relatable story. Definitely give it a read!
Read this great book in one day. I’ve been in a bit of a boring book slump so this was perfect. Heartwarming, hilarious, fast-moving story about family, in all forms.
I loved her character so much! She inspired me to get this from the library.
This little fella was in my parents’ backyard and his tiny face makes me so happy!

I get most of my clothes from @thredup.com and was browsing there earlier and wouldn't you know, this sweatshirt pops up again. It is haunting me! Who would buy this? It has a small dust ruffle sewn on it. I don't get it.
Just finished up the first season of this little hidden (to me) gem. I love getting punched right in the feels first thing in the morning!
