I think I've found this year's Drink of Summer...a riff between a Clover Club and a Southside. Muddled cucumber, 4-5 blackberries, 2 gin, 3/4 simple syrup, 3/4 fresh lemon juice, 1/2 blackberry liqueur, and Fee Foam (or an egg white). Dry shake then again w/ice. Holy fuck that's good.

I don't know if they're available outside of Oregon, but these are the bomb. Two pieces, each scored into 5. Each of the 10 sections has over 10mg + some CBD, if you're in to that sort of thing...for $8. If it weren't for all the genocide, I'd say it was an age of wonders.
