Nah my nose isn't made or gold, or painted. Its a piercing! I did it myself actually. I got a tendency to just stick needles into my skin and hope for the best. I've gone through a lot of piercings. What I've got on are my main ones though, I love swapping out thr chain for different kinds of charms.
