I did Sacto earlier this year. I was pleasantly surprised by both the cool experience of seeing MLB in a MiLB park, and of Sacramento itself as a town. I think it’s actually worth collecting before it turns back into an exclusively Minor League baseball town.
Not only malpractice because it’s bad for the team, but given he’s on-the-block, playing him at his weakest defensive position promises only to decrease his trade value. There is no reason to showcase Semien. No one will touch that contract, and he’s washed. Baty at 2B until he’s dealt. #MetsSky

Absolute class act. Got to meet him in SF earlier this year before the collapse, and *loved* how angry, frustrated, and open he was last night on SNY about this year’s team. Hell, I’d rather see him take this team over than continue to see poor Mendy flail and fail.

My older son is now a 4th Generation #Mets fan. Over the years, I’ve bought and saved t-shirts that I thought would be special for when my boys were grown. My boy actually turns 25 today, and he was actually at Shea when I bought this, though he didn’t have the best view… #MetsSky #FathersDay

I watched this on a tiny tube TV with my Dad, who I hooked on the show because I told him B.O.B. & Co. were vampire-like creatures, and he was a massive vampire fan. As Mr. C laughed by that bloodied mirror & the green credits glowed, he turned to me and said, “What the hell was that?” Miss him.
Not a fan. Had they done the silver fill on these, I would have liked them much better as I don’t mind the script “New York” as an alternate. These are drab similar to the new black jerseys without the white to make them pop like the originals. They’re also drab kind of the way this team is 😔

This is very much in line with the Tom House school of pitching. Note not just the arm angle, but the head angle on release. That kind of dramatic angle on release puts significantly more pressure on the arm to pull through, and creates issues with control. Excellent correction for Baby K! #MetsSky
