Japanese Golden Curry is awesome. Stir fry some veggies and add the curry, which comes in blocks. In a few minutes it thickens and flavors the veggies. Funny thing, the directions say to cut the vegetables into "desirable sizes."

I wondered if I had some stewing beef, but I didn't find any. I did find a large bag labeled "Grass Fed Bones for Broth." Once they've thawed some I'll today then and start the process of making a very large batch of beef broth.

I've been working on getting stuff out of the freezer that's been there for a long time. I found a bag of about ten steak bones that I decided to roast and make beef broth. I got two cups of a nice broth. I think I'll make a batch of Spanish rice with it.
