Isn’t the world fabulous! I discovered another gorgeous animal last night. It’s called a bilby
First harvest 🥳 the big one went from normal sized courgette to that monster in the 4 days I was away last week! I’m going to use it to make a cake or fritters. The smaller one joined other veg (not grown by me) in the filling for a roasted vegetable lasagne later!
Fabulous food at El Gato Negro for my belated birthday meal. Sad that my daughter ducked out and my son has gone out afterwards when he said he wouldn’t. 😞
Yes it is. I lost my beautiful Molly a week ago. We have two others which made it just a tiny bit more bearable but they’re both so sad and one keeps looking for her 😢

Ive just found my beautiful, kind fluffy bum Molly passed away in my living room. Just when you think things can’t get any worse ….
Two years ago I bought a small scrawny rose bush from a garden centre. It’s done amazingly well and its blooms are beautiful and so fragrant.
I am tired out from doing another overgrown corner of the garden in the heat! Determined to get on top of it but by bit !

I feel very overwhelmed today. So much going wrong, so much bureaucracy and time wasted going through bots when you know from the start you need to speak to a human. All so companies can increase profits rather than employ people and care for customers. Plus the heat is just horrible! 😔
