Trying to post a daily picture from around Edinburgh, things the tourists don’t see or arty stuff or things I just like. All the images are my own.
The former Salvation Army Women's Hostel, Grassmarket, Edinburgh, built in 1910, by John Hamilton, (Glasgow), as an extension to the 1828 Portsburgh Chapel. The building is famous for still bearing its original historic sign while operating today as the Kick Ass Grassmarket backpackers hostel.
The Balmoral Hotel, through a window at The City Arts Centre in Edinburgh.
Inside the City Arts Centre, Edinburgh, at the Sandra George exhibition, she took photographs from around Edinburgh from the 70's through to the 2000's.
Long exposure at Cramond, Edinburgh, the boats show movement while the land is still.
Path to Cramond under water on the high tide, only the war-time defences remain above water, Cramond, Edinburgh.
