Crazy day! Going to sit and catch up on bsky reality. My daughter found these old pics of my little best friend and I miss him tons. Every time we went to the vet, the doc would exclaim, "look at those ears". 🥰
With a 76º high today I went to the river mid-afternoon. Haven't done that for a long time thanks to ridiculously high afternoon temps this summer. A bit smoky but feeling fortunate. Back to too much heat after tomorrow.
Seems a bit misleading to me that when the air quality is unhealthy for "sensitive" groups airnow dot gov says it's ok for the rest of us. It's not ok for anyone when we're all breathing smoke particles.🤷♀️

I can't seem to take a good picture of my lavender, but it sure is pretty this year and a variety of pollinators seem to 'bee' enjoying it. 🐝
My niece has been watching nearby Cooper's hawk family hoping to see the young one take flight. Landed on her deck today. 🥰
