New #ClairObscurExpedition33 silly comic! 1/2

First panel in a Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 fan comic. Esquie is addressing the Expeditioners. His word balloon reads: I'm sorry mes amis, but I can't go any faster...

Second panel. A reverse of the previous panel, as we're looking over Esquie's shoulder down at the Expedition. Lune, Maelle, Sciel, and Monoco are all facing Esquie. Verson, meanwhile, is towards the back, going through his pack, turned away. Esquie's word balloon text reads: Not without my rocks. Lune's word balloon text reads: That could be a problem—we risk falling further behind.

Third panel. Esquie and the Expeditioners are in the background, with a startled-looking Verso in the foreground. Esquie is pointing at him. Esquie's word balloon text reads: Oh, but Verver knows a faster way! With your special trick, remember?

Fourth panel. Verso is waving off Esquie's suggestion, looking sheepish. The Expeditioners lean into the panel in the background, looking curious, except for Lune, who is annoyed that Monoco is leaning into her personal space. Verso's word balloon text reads: That uh...that was a one time thing.

Been busy with IRL stuff, so progress on the next #ClairObscurExpedition33 silly comic is slow going. As such: some WIP screenshots! (Esquie's word balloon is unintentionally very on the nose. XD)

The last of the #expedition33 'Spontaneous' prompts! (From like, seven months ago. XD) This particular suggestion came from mon_ami_esquie on instagram! I also put 'em all together in one image, given that it's been a minute since I started 'em. ^^;

3/3 Shoutout to potadumpling on twitter, the idea to give the Creation a lil' smiley face was inspired by one of her pieces!

Ninth panel, same composition as the previous panel, but Alicia and Monoco look up, as a piece of paper has been placed just slightly off panel, screen right, and has caught their attention.

Tenth panel, an over-the-shoulder shot from Alicia's point of view. Renoir kneels down, holding a new drawing of the Creation, in a much rounder, carton-y style. The Creation also has a tiny smiley face drawn on top.

Final panel. In the foreground, Alicia accepts the drawing, smiling. Renoir looks pleased at her reaction. In the background, Clea holds Monoco, her expression flat. A word balloon next to her reads: Tch. Philistine.

Played Crashout Crew with my buddy recently. Super fun and charming!

Shop update: All international orders have shipped! As always very much appreciate everyone's patience. Int'l orders should arrive in 10-15 days but can take up to a month, depending on delays and such. Also, tentatively planning a new shop drop for July! Stay tuned. :)

A set of sequential sketches. In the first, Maelle is falling, having been injured in a fight, as stylized by a red strike across her abdomen; in the second, Gustave is carrying Maelle in his arms, running.

A silly comic following up on the previous drawings of Maelle and Gustave. In the first panel, the expeditioners surround Maelle, who is seated on the ground, being healed by Lune. The second panel is the same as the first, however everyone is now looking off to the side, where the Curator is standing, holding a box of band-aids.
